LIONS#Let'sWalk

1. Event Participation:

Participation in LIONS#Let'sWalk is open to all registered participants. Registration is required prior to the event.
Participants must be in good health and physically able to complete the walk.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

2. Registration Fees:

Registration fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.
The registration fee is 100% your contribution for supporting critically ill children. All administrative costs and event expenses will be met through sponsorships and contributions from Zone Chairperson Zone 7 of Lions International District 3231 A3. Special pricing is available for children and family members as advertised.

3. Safety and Conduct:

Participants must follow all instructions given by event organizers and marshals.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and measures put in place for the event.
Any form of misconduct or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event.

4. Health Checkups:

Health checkups provided during the event are basic screenings. Participants are advised to consult their personal healthcare providers for comprehensive medical advice.

5. Liability:

The organizers, sponsors, and partners of LIONS#Let'sWalk are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the event.
Participants take part in the event at their own risk.
Organizers' maximum liability will be participation fee received from the participants.

6. Use of Personal Information:

Personal information provided during registration will be used for event management and communication purposes by sponsors and Lions Clubs.
By registering, participants agree to the use of their images and names in any promotional materials related to the event.

7. Environmental Responsibility:

Participants are expected to respect the environment and not to litter during the walk.
Proper disposal of waste should be followed as per the guidelines provided at the event.

8. Changes and Cancellations:

The event organizers reserve the right to change the date, time, and venue of the event if necessary.
In case of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the event may be postponed or cancelled.

9. Merchandise and Goodies:

Participants will receive merchandise and goodies as part of their registration package.
The distribution of these items will be managed as per the availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

10. Partnership and Sponsorship:

Event partners and sponsors will be recognized as per the agreed terms and conditions.
Any promotional materials and activities by partners and sponsors must be approved by the event organizers.

11. Disputes and Resolution:

Any disputes arising from participation in LIONS#Let'sWalk will be resolved through mutual consultation and negotiation.
The decision of the event organizers will be final and binding.

12. Online Payment:

The online payment will be processed securely through the 3S Healthcare P. Ltd.’s payment gateway. Prime.medily.in at Razorpay.

By registering for LIONS#Let'sWalk, all participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
