Volunteer Roles

Pre-Event Volunteers:

• Registration and Data Management: Handling participant registrations, data entry, and creating participant lists.
• Route Planning and Logistics: Assisting in finalizing the walk route, obtaining necessary permits, and coordinating with local authorities.
• Marketing and Promotion: Creating promotional materials, managing social media, and coordinating with media outlets.
• Volunteer Coordination: Recruiting, training, and managing other volunteers.
• Merchandise and Goodies: Organizing the procurement, distribution, and inventory of T-shirts, medals, and other giveaways.
